Press-In: Fast, Accurate, and Cost-Saving
At Helden van Staal, we use advanced techniques to mechanically insert press-in nuts and threaded elements into metal or printed circuit boards. With our PEMSERTER® 4 press, suitable for steel and aluminum up to M12, we create strong, reliable connections without welding, post-treatment, or additional processing.
Press-in is fast, clean, and extremely precise. The material flows into the undercut of the nut, ensuring a secure fit without heat or distortion of the sheet metal. This means no welding fumes, no damaged coating, and full visual inspection.
